To provide a comprehensive General Medical Service to all our registered and temporary patients in Keswick and surrounding area within a confidential and safe environment by working together

We will provide medical and nursing services to patients of all ages appropriately to their physical, psychological, social and cultural needs.

We are members of the Primary Care Network for Keswick and Solway to provide integrated care for medical, health and well-being services to our patients across this area.

Dispense to our patients in a timely efficient, safe abd cost effective manner.

To show our patients courtesy, dignity and respect at all times irrespective of ethnic origin, religious belief, personal attributes or the nature of the health problem

To involve our patients in decisions regarding their treatment

To deliver safe and effective minor surgery procedures and family planning services at Keswick Community Hospital

To promote good health and wellbeing to our patients through education and information

To involve allied healthcare professionals in the care of our patients where it is in their best interests

To encourage our patients to get involved in the practice through an annual survey and encouragement to comment on the care they receive

To ensure that all members of the team have the right skills and training to carry out their duties competently and we will maintain a high standard of care through continuous learning and training

To ensure that any patient concerns are dealt with according to our own complaints policy, and that this policy complies with NHS England guidelines

To provide the Covid Vaccination to our patients at Wigton Hospital for the time required to run the programme.
